New Living Design & Construction transformed this three bedroom, two bathroom Cronulla apartment into a haven of coastal comfort, maximizing the breathtaking oceanfront location.
Imagine waking up to the sound of waves and stepping out onto your balcony to be greeted by unobstructed panoramic views of the Cronulla coastline. This dream became reality with our full interior renovation, designed to seamlessly blend with the stunning beachfront setting.
The entire apartment received a modern refresh, featuring a brand new kitchen with stylish new tiles. A dedicated pantry and laundry area maximizes functionality. Three bedrooms boast sleek, new sliding wardrobes. Both the main bathroom and ensuite were renovated, creating spa-like retreats. Loop pile carpet adds a touch of plush comfort throughout the living areas, contrasting beautifully with the modern v-groove paneling featured in the living room.
To further enhance the light and airy feel, we replaced the dated blue aluminum framing on the sliding balcony door and all windows with a fresh, modern light grey finish. This simple update creates a cohesive aesthetic and allows the ocean views to take center stage.
