Recommended by a work colleague, we engaged New Living Design for the construction of our garage/studio, patio, laundry and bathroom as well as new roof and sewerage/stormwater works. Lucas and his crew did a fantastic job from demo to completion being considerate to our family as we continued to live on the premises. Lucas was easy to deal with, honest, reliable and very responsive to our queries. He had great ideas which we incorporated into our design and his crew were hardworking and respectful.

We engaged New Living Design and Construction for our large renovation - 2 bathrooms, kitchen, 2 living areas and flooring throughout. As soon as we engaged Lucas he was attentive, asked a lot of questions, listened to what our vision was and worked well with our Interior Designer. He quoted quickly, gave us great advice and told us honestly what was possible and what was not. He gave us some great ideas to change during the build and nothing was an issue. He was transparent with pricing and built great rapport with my husband and I. His team were lovely, hard working and courteous - they became part of the family! We will be using Lucas for all of our build requirements going forward and will recommend him to family and friends.

Lucas and his team were phenomenal when renovating my home in Illawong. Lucas had a clear plan and vision which aligned to the dream I had for my home. Nothing was too much trouble (even when I kept adding extra to the scope of work)! Lucas managed all of the contractors well and his communication throughout the process was excellent, particularly given a number of covid and weather impacted delays. The finishes, the recommendations along the way and Lucas' genuine care is seen in the end result. I couldn't be happier with the renovations Lucas and his team worked on. We used Lucas to design, plan and build two decks and a flower bed in a matching design. His communication was very good going out of his way to understand exactly what we were looking for, discussed how we wanted to work around some of our design challenges and he delivered over and above from what I first had imagined.
