The Details

New Living Design & Construction transformed this Menai home into an entertainer's dream, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living with a focus on the sparkling pool.

A key aspect of the renovation was the extension of a new living area and laundry space. This inviting space boasts large fixed glass panels, offering unobstructed views of the pool and creating a connection between the interior and exterior.

New floorboards were installed throughout the renovated area create a cohesive and modern aesthetic. Stepping outside, we created a spacious new deck area with a pergola providing the perfect spot for relaxing and entertaining poolside.
